That's different from James' 2 36, 8 24, 20 18, 22 12. For the two largest guns, Stewart might have been giving the equivalent British caliber: if the guns had been manufactured on French lines, 36 French pounds = 39 British pounds. In the quoted excerpt, Stewart doesn't mention 18's at all, or the number of guns on the gun deck vs. the upper works. A 30/22 split would be reasonable, but it's not from Stewart's Gazette letter. The Ottomans are known to have mixed calibers on their gun decks, something that the western European navies had abandoned in the 17th century (the French maintaining the practice into the 1690's after the British and Dutch had given it up). Three sizes on one deck might be a two-caliber mixture with the addition of two "super guns," something the Russians did with their edinorogs. Still, James must have gotten his information elsewhere. He also gives a different crew count (543, "including some supernumeraries from the galley"). Stewart's dispatch might have been a hasty preliminary report that was revised later.
