Referencing Mr. Yener’s article, I suspect what she actually carried was: 52 brass guns with 9 okka (kiyyes) guns (in English measurement 25.43 lbs.) on the main deck, excepting 2 14 okka guns (39.56 lbs.). On the upper deck would be 22 5 okka guns (14.13 lbs.).

I would be surprised if they changed their gun design factors as well. Gun design, perhaps, but the only country that I've run across who may have made wholesale changes to gun design factors (diameter of ball, etc.) would be the Spanish.
