Quite rare in libraries. Library of Congress has it only from 1961. Only two other U.S. libraries (Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island; Harvard, Cambridge, Massachusetts) shown in WorldCat, and I am not planning to visit either one soon. You might have to go to Portugal to find it. :(
