Subject: Dodge Transmission

I replaced the transmission in my 93 Dodge Grand Caravan ES some time back. Gradually it has begun a new problem. Sometimes when I stop for a traffic signal and resume after the green light the transmission will not shift out of low gear. I can make it home or to work very slowly. Then almost as unusually as it failed to shift it will resume as normal with no particular reasoning. Please help if you can advise.
