I am a twenty nine year old female presently working in the uk as a Health Care Assistant,for the last eight years.

My partner and i are extremly interested in working in the USA,for me in the same profession.

The only problem i have is where do i start, and how do i go on about getting a sponsor?.

Is it difficult for a Health Care Assistant to get a working permit in the USA?

I would really appreciate it if you could email back to me with some guidence.
