You need to download RealPlayer Version 7.0. Go to the lectures subpage of MBA 8622 webpage and there is a link there to download version 7.0. It is very important to not to update to version 8.0. Version 8.0 has bugs and causes the videos to malfunction, as the video plays but the PowerPoint slides do not change. Here is a link to the lectures subpage:
