Post 345 A: Ideas from the Doggerland Councel.

On August 04, 2014 at approximately 12:01 pm I had an idea I would like to share with you.

Since the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 50 (2010), ruling by the 5 Republican to 4 Democrat Supreme Court ruled Corporation are people, shouldn't actual people have also the same rights as Corporations? Think about it, they can't really be prosecuted or go to jail. They pay fines, and walk free - at least their CEO's do.
Shouldn't the actual citizens have the same right's and protections as the corporations?

If the actual citizens are ruled as not having the same right's and protections as corporations then it seems to me it would be considered unfair and unjust, at least under the Constitution of The United States that I once knew it.

Genealogy News:

As you may have read on Post 344 A:, I have been further DNA tested and found to be positive for Y-DNA R-Z381. This is the same DNA as was discovered to be that of the French Royal House of Bourbon.

"The Royal Bourbons originated in 1268, when the heiress of the lordship of Bourbon married a younger son of King Louis IX. The House continued for three centuries as a cadet house, while more senior Capetians ruled France, until Henry IV became the first Bourbon of France in 1589...Until the 1792 overthrowing of the monarchy in French Revolution."

I am reliably informed by the good people of Family Tree DNA that R-Z381 is somewhat rare. It exists in only one-eighth of one percent of the population; (1/8th of 1%), or 0.125% of 100%.

Further genealogy news:
I for a while had been on Geni - a genealogical site. I's a fun little site. It however is certainly not the best for the serious genealogist. I posted something involving the descend of Jesus and his relation with Mary Magdalene on it's message board. As could be predicted the religious zealots came out of the woodwork to attack me. It seems that on Geni one can't refer to a religious zealot as a religious zealot or a bully as a bully. Oh no, it's the kinder - gentler (B.S.) that's required on that site. One has to take the hand of the religiously mentally retarded and say "no, no really. You're not a moron, no matter what kind of idiotic crap you spout."
So I was "reported" for stating the obvious. So I probably won't be on there any longer. No great loss, to me that is.

Well, that's all I have time for. Be Safe, watch out for random B.S. and learn to recognize it when it's headed your way.

End Post 345 A: teltalheart is Sir Michael D. Barnes, Grand Prince and Grand Archduke of Doggerland.
