It is probably too late now. But if I was you I would look at doing liver flushing before you do surgery. You have absolutely nothing to lose. You are young that is in your favour to make it work better. It will also help with your weight and if you put your total focus into it (the only way to successfully do a flush) then you will definitely improve your weight situation if nothing else. So this then means if you do still end up in surgery you will be in better shape to recover from the surgery.
Look at the liver flushing forum on www.curezone.com. I am not affiliated or anything like that, I've done my flushes and they helped me.

I'm sure by now you've had this done already but don't feel bad about it. I'm only 20 years old and I just had this procedure done last week (hence why I'm looking at this message board to see what other people have gone through.) I am not really overweight...and didn't even know I had family who had this procedure done until after I was diagnosed. My doctors said that it is something that just happens and no one can really tell what definitely causes it.
