Cannot specifically answer your question, I am trying to avoid having GB taken out but I have come across Psyillium husk which may help you with the diarrhea. It helps bind bowel movements most health food stores have it some supermarkets too. Just put a full tablespoon or two in with your food (cereal is a good way for breakfast) mix in with other mashed type foods. Psyillium also helps to regulate and may cause more movements for people with poor bowel movements. Anyway I stress it MAY help.

My gallbladder was removed in June of '03 due to a severe
attack that led to emergency surgery. Twenty-one stones were enclosed. I've searced the 'net, and cannot find the answer to this question: If the body requires the gallbladder to store bile to break up fats prior to intestinal discharge, what results from the bile not being stored? Can anyone explain?

A good and cost effective suggestion .please do try ripe bananas too and do get your stool examined microscopically since it may show up the causative organism of your diarrhoea .
try to eat small meals, easily digestible foods, avoid fried and spicy foods.
