>I was at the college for a year or so(1949). Remember it well. Mrs Melhuish used to let us play in her private garden on Sundays. It was a gurls' boarding school but there was just one boy there at tbe time. I had my first music lessons there (piano). We put on Cinderella pantomime at Rockdale Town Hall. Anyone temember this? I only remember the name of one other girl Janine - she had done ballet which is why she sticks in my memory!
