Hello, every so often, i receive PADT LCPs from the ISP Concentrator - "Peer Sent PADT"
This causes my ppp connection to terminate, of course.
Under what typical circumstances would a concentrator send out PADT?
I have also noticed that my computer will beep 3 times around the same time that the PADT is received.
Lastly, according to syslog, the ppp process re-connects automatically, after receiving the PADT, and leases a new IP. This is fine, but my firewall/NAT script is not run afterward.
Is there a place in the pppoe.conf or adsl-start or adsl-connect scripts that specifies the path to my firewall script?
Please respond via email.
