I agree with you with my whole heart and soul. I reside in Pennsylvania and we have almost no Native American community. I can open the newspaper on any given day and read about other cultures and their communities but nothing on Native Americans. I have tried writing to my local newspapers but I recieved a very prejudiced response. In the year 2004 you would think our society would be beyond this. The hardest part for me is not knowing or being able to connect with anyone who shares the same views as I do on this issue. Educating others and especially young children is one way we can get people to open their hearts and minds. My hope is a brighter future for all of the Human race.
