Simply some advice, to be taken as your heart leads you.
if you can't find the groups your looking for.....

Procure yourself a smudge bowl and some good sage(desert sage, white sage)the book "Black Elk Speaks", a cd by Robbie Robinson and a couple by Robert Mirabal...smudge your self and your surroundings (don't forget to give thanx) put on the music and read the book.
If ya need any help getting these or any similar items, just let me know.
