過分勞心、飲身不調、起居不常,可導致抑鬱,我不是只在講理論,而是我真醫過這樣的人。在皇帝內經中有云:「神不足則悲,血不足則恐。」而甘麥大棗湯在古書所載,就指明是治無故悲傷欲哭的情況,指的其實就是現代的所謂抑鬱症而已。「神不足則悲」一句,是因「心主神明」即是心不足則有悲傷感,而甘麥大棗湯剛好是治心氣虛的,故在古書中也有言及「無故悲傷欲哭」的情況,故抑鬱是心脾虛之症(因脾統血,又是氣血生化之源),我自己也治過一些輕微抑鬱的,效果良好。而煩躁也是有原因的,因過度勞心,不單傷心傷脾,而且傷氣傷血,血分屬陰,結果也是傷了陰分,可導致陰虛火旺的肝陽上亢,患者自覺煩躁,但又情緒低落,有類似於西醫的HYPER-DEPREESION,而目前西醫治抑鬱症的新一代藥,是血清素補充,但我覺得這是一種補助方法,未有徹底解決病因,而且副作用大,例如善忘(善忘病在心脾腎,因心主神明,脾主思,又為氣血生化之源,腎藏精,又為髓海,主腦),所以單是一個善忘也是可以治的,你現在應該做的是去看一個好中醫,要有耐性的看,因為你的病情拖長了,相信不可能吃一二星期藥可癒。其次是去念佛懺悔,對你一定有幫助,所謂有佛法就有辦法吧!每一個苦都是可以令人醒悟的機遇,問題在你怎回應它,所謂煩惱即菩提。
