The easiest and best way is to go to a large city yellow pages and look up you nearest Detroit/allison dealer. If they can't help you ask for a company number in detroit. Next if you have put a note on this net you obviously have computer net capability. Try www.Detroitdieselallison.com or some varioation thereof.
