Subject: In-turned eyelashes

Does anyone have any good ideas for dealing with continual leaking due to inturned eyelashes. My Swiss Fox rabbit, Buddy, is 4 years old, has always had the problem in his right eye. I usually keep the eye area clean by just wiping over with warm water and cotton ball. Sometimes I put a bit of lucas paw paw cream on the surrounding area. I don't know if it's because he's getting older, but the inner corner where the leakage occurs is quite angry and even a little scabby. I've given him some baytril and am washing the area twice a day. What else can I do to manage this ongoing problem more effectively? Thanks for any ideas.
