Subject: Please.. help!

Ever since I can remember my rabbit has had a habit of swaying his head back and forth every so often. It looks like he is scanning the room over and over. But lately it is worse. When I hold him I notice he does it with his eyes too. Also he will never stay out of his cage very long and he stares at the wall all day. He eats good...very good, and his mobility is fine, and his head isnt flopped over like it would be if he had head tilt. His ears seem fine. What could this be? Please help! Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you !!!!
