Subject: I think my rabbit broke his leg

I was giving my rabbit a bath in the kitchen sink becuase he had very bad diaria and it was sticking to him so I had to wash it out of his fur. I went about a foot ot two away to get his towel and he jumped out of the sink ont the tile floor. I put him on the towel on the floor and i noticed he had his legs to the side while he was laying down. Then i put him on the carpet so he could run around and while he moved he dragged his back legs behind him. He cant get up and move around very well and if he does he still drags them. I dont have enogh money to go to the vet is there anything else i can do? And he gets diaria a lot should i be worried about that?
