You didn't say how old your bun is, but it sounds like your rabbit has become sexually mature. Circling is a part of their mating behavior, and dropping pellets can be a way of marking their territory. Many rabbits also forget about their litterbox training at this phase. The best thing you can do is to get your bun spayed/neutered. When you do, the rabbit should be easily retrained to using the litterbox. But be patient while retraining--it usually takes a few weeks to a few months after surgery for the hormone levels to drop. It will be worth getting your rabbit altered, however, because it will then be a healthier, happier, longer-lived bunny.
