I don't know why it is, but my rabbit's urine is the same and he's now a fit and healthy 7 month old. Presumably their urine is just really concentrated - a bit like the white part of bird droppings, which is in fact concentrated "wee". Don't worry about it, just make sure your bunny always has fresh water available.
