Subject: Feces clumps sticking on Rabbit

I saw that another girl, Stephanie, has the same problem with her bun. My daughter's bun, Cutie, is only 7 weeks old so she only eats pellets and some alfalfa. Her poopy sticks to her bottom and her fur is becoming matted. It also makes her smell unpleasant and not very enjoyable to hold since we don't want poop on us. She is very good about letting me hold her and spot clean her, but I would like to bathe her bottom. Any recomendations on soap for her? Is this ok to do?
