Usually kits (newborn rabbits) are fed at dusk/dawn for only a few minutes within a 24-hour period. Mother doesn't stay in nest like other animals. Check newborns for color-should be pink and feel tummies should be full. Mainly keep the newborn warm. Place in box with a nest atmosphere (where mother and kits will be comfortable). To keep kits warm place a hotwater bottle on one side & cover it with a towel and place them near it. This way they won't overheat. Hope this helps. Contact Vet & www.rabbit.org. Hope this helps.
