Subject: help my rabbit is on a hunger strike

I have a 4yr old female that just got spayed. I have barely been able to get her to eat. I try to wrap her up and squirt mushy food but she now resents that greatly and she wont eat on her own not even critial care works. My vet said she needs to eat so she does not get fatty liver syndrome (I think thats what she called it if they dont eat)does anyone know or have suggestions about how to feed a rabbit that struggles? or know where I can find info about fatty livers? I would appreciate it.
