What are you using for bedding? My rabbit is in a wooden hutch and lives indoors. I have a layer of cardboard, cloth, lino then more cloth with hay on top. I clean it every day. If any piddle gets through or on the walls, I wipe it out with dilute disinfectant and white vinegar. Of course, you need a lot of cloths - old nappies or something similar eg old towels are great, but need to be rinsed, soaked and washed - it's like having a baby in the house. I don't think your rabbit would appreciate just a plain wooden board.
