Subject: Pregnancy in rabbits

I bought 2 baby rabbits as sisters and then found out they were boy and girl! The boy has had his 'op' but I think it may be too late as the doe has started to build a nest and pull her fur out. They live together in the same hutch so if she were to give birth do I have to remove him, although I'm not sure where I would put him!? Also, do I leave her to tend the babies or do I need to do anything?
