Subject: "can we keep him mum"

we found a tame looking rabbit (black and white patches) munching mums flowers in the front garden, hes soooooo cute and loves cuddling with us kids, hes very well mannered and we happened to have a rabbit cage (and plenty of fresh rabbit food) so we have decided to adopt him. So far we havent found an owner and he has been seen around the neibourhood for a few months now. Appart from some TLC, is there anything we need to be able to keep him?
p.s. hes sitting under the desk here with me now, he is the most darling thing ive ever seen!
