Subject: Feces clumps sticking onto rabbit!

Help! My Bunny Cotton keeps getting these "poopy balls" on her bottom and I have to keep giving her butt baths about every 4 days! I've tried giving her hay and fruits & veggies but these make her smell worse and it doesn't solve the problem that she has big wads of poop sticking to her. I've also had her spayed and the problems didn't seem to occur until afterward. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!
