I believe rabbits are pregnant for around 30 days (give or take a few days either way). I don't know about overdue, but would think this would suggest problems and would probably warrant a trip to the vet, especially if the bun looks as though she's failing or has been labouring.

It is usually recommended that the male be removed, not so much because of harming the young, but because the female can become pregnant again straight away.
