I agree with Marguerite, de-sexing or rehouseing may be your only solution. I have two males that are de-sexed that live together quite happily now. However, when one was de-sexed and one not, they fought continually and aggressively as the one who was not neutered would not give in to the others dominance. Neutering really helped. You will also find that de-sexed rabbits are much easier to keep and much less prone to cancers.
