Well, neutering them might help because male rabbit spray urine to mark their own territory and neutering might help them stop that. The poop might be territory droppings so dont worry too much about that because the area might be new to them. Once they get used to it they should stop. Either that or they cant be litter trained because some cant. You can buy a special dog and cat odor and stain remover to remove the urine stain @ a pet store. Hope this helps.
