I was recently at a pageant in IL and discovered afterwards that the directors husband is a registered sex offender. I was appalled! I will never do this system again. I also found out that some of the PM's knew this and didnt tell me. Again appalled! How can this director knowingly hold a pageant with her husband in attendance and not warn parents?!?! Please check out this web site www.nsopr.org and check out anyone you feel might be a threat to your child! You can search by state, zip code or address. I wish I had done this before attending.
