Phenomenal Faces Presents




West Virginia Phenomenal Faces


Deadline for Registration November 13th

Location:
Pikeville College Booth Auditorium

Date:
December 1st, 2007

Registration will begin at 12pm

Pageant will start promptly at 1 pm

Beauty Registration Fee: $70
This is formal or pageant attire
Side events included in the beauty registration
Prettiest Eyes, Most Beautiful, and Best Personality!

Photogenic: $15
Include 2 pictures color or black and white
No larger than 11x13 additional pictures $5 each
Pictures can be natural or retouched

Christmas Wear: $15
Wear you prettiest Christmas casual wear and strut your stuff!
Christmas wear can be custom made or off the rack
Contestants may pro am!!

Bring 8 cans of food and enter Photogenic & Christmas Wear Free

Age Divisions:

Girls
*0-12mos.* *13-24mos.* *2 yrs * *3-4yrs* *5-7yrs.* *8-11yrs*
*12-15yrs* *16-21yrs* *21-Up (married or unmarried) *
* Plus size division *18- and up* (must be size 16 and up)


Boys
*0-23mos.* *2-Up*

Rules for Make Up:
Make-UP is full make up

Trophies, Crowns, Sashes awarded to all Supremes

All contestants will receive princess or prince package
Trophies also awarded in Photogenic & Christmas Wear

A percentage of our proceeds and all food will be donated to help needy families
