I do not exactly recall the SCART connection (it was some 6 years agoo when I used to live in Europe, and, for some details, that's a long time). I guess you cannot use SCART for that purpose since you do not have the inputs (Video-Audio) open when you have the Output signals available...
I still might be wrong, you have to check with a description of the pins of SCART connector.
