It's an earlier version of fluffy.exe (don't try to read/program with it) but it has a -test option which is very good for checking that the programmer hardware is functioning as intended before connecting it to your SX - this option is not in the latest version 0928fluf.zip.
Another thing - don't use the command line FUSE & FUSEX options as these over-ride the code's setting for them and you could write-protect the chip or worse :(
