Subject: A not fully developed baby guinea pig

My female guines pig gave birth to four babies. Two of the died and one is normal and the other ones feet did not fully develope in fact there is no back feet andon each of the front feet it has one nail. I was wondering if maybe there is a way that i could save it from dieing? It also will not feed off the mother is there anyway that I could feed it?
