Benton County (ban county-wide), Coutier (ban), Des Moines (restricts), Lockridge (ban), Pocohontas, Rockwell, Wapello, Wilton, and Winterset. I don't know if these are all bans or restrictions on ownership but these cities have some sort of legislation enacted.
