Subject: Looking for sister

Hello there, I am looking for my sister.
She was lat seen around mid 2004 in San Diego California.
She was born July 1st 1976. She is about five feet two inches. She has brown hair brown eyes olive skin, her front teeth on top have an extra tooth protruding over the top of another on the top right side of her mouth. Her name is Heather. She has a tattoo ( she may have more but this is the only one I know of ) of Betty Boop on the back of her left calf. She will have scars on her stomach from having a C section. She grew up in Pomona California and may have gone back to her old hang outs there.
