Subject: Searching for my brother birth name is Daniel Ortiz 10/18/1983

My name is Joan Ortiz and I am looking for someone after the name Daniel Ortiz. He was born in October 18,1983 in Bronx, New york. He should be 20 years old. This person is my brother who was adopted by a Christian women from Aguadilla,Puerto Rico. He was adopted from were he was living in a shelter in 3rd avenue and Grand Concourse in Bronx, NY. My mother's name is Marilyn Ortiz. I never met him or saw a picture of him but from what my mother and grandmother tell me he had green bluish eyes and was light skin, like my mother.
