finding a brother

Hi, My husband has a brother that he would like to meet, but does not know where he is. He was born in West Virgina and would be in his early 20's. His name could have been changed. From what I know his last name was Goldsmith before he was adopted. His mother's madien name is White and she is now Scarcelli. My husband does not want to cause problems for his brother he would just like to know that he is still alive and doing well and possibly like to meet him if his brother would want the same. They also have a sister. I have done a search trying to find him, but really no luck because of information I do not know. I really would like to find him for Roman. We are not sure to what he would look like, but we guess he would look alot like Roman. Sandy Blonde hair, and blueish eyes, possible medium to tall in height.
