Baby Girl Colwall, Rochester, NY 1948 Re: Margaret Josephine

I was born Baby Girl Colwall on 07/08/1948 in Rochester, NY. I am searching for my birth mother, Margaret Josephine Holliday (I am not sure if the Holliday part of the last name is correct, but that's how it's listed for her mainden name). An adoption was never finalized so I was raised by legal guardians. I was told she was from the Utica, NY area. She visited me off an on until I was 4 or 5 years old. I was told that she then went to the Chicago, IL area. She would have been in the Rochester, NY area in 1948 and known a Harold and Juanita Russell and Lois Phillips there. She would have possibly known an Everett G. Colwell in the Utica, Syracuse, Watertown area in 1947.
Does this sound like someone you know? Any help would be appreciated.
