Subject: looking for birthmom- son born 5/13/78 in CT

I am searching for my birthmom. I was born at Park City Hospital in Bridgeport, CT on 5/13/78 at 6:08 a.m. My birthname was Jason Woodward. My mother stayed at Woodfield Inc. during her pregnancy. I was adopted out of Catholic Charities in Brockton, MA.
