Happy Birthday to my daughter, where ever you are. You were born on
September 18, 1970 in Portland, Oregon. Salvation Army White Shield Home.
Attending Physician was Dr. Douglas Blatchford. You arrived into this world
at 2:14 am. Your OBC has the name of "Girl" Fortin, born to Lori Charl
Fortin. If this is you or you know of someone who was born on this day,
please know I want to find you, if even just to know you had a good life.
