I am weiting this whilst watching Eastenders. This episode is the one when Alfie takes his Nana to see William's grave. The reason for writing is to say Shane you had me in tears. I'm only 45 so I don't remember the war, But this is the best bit of acting I have seen by anyone. You are a great actor and never let anyone tell you different. Oh and I enjoyed your autobiography I couldnt put it down. Please keep up the good work. I am not one to join fan clubs but I do belive praise should be given when deserved and you really deserve praise for your role in this episode.

I totally agree, that was a performance of a lifeltime Shane. I am now dreading the nana dying storyline even more than I already did as I don't think I will be able to stand to watch it, not in the same room as anyone else anyhow!!
