I spoke to Shane a few nights ago actually, And he said that he is having a little bit of a rest from the acting for a while, The set of Eastenders was not perminant, and he will be doing a few episodes here and there every so often, How ever he has not quit the show and the Eastenders producers have not Fired him.
He said he was just taking a rest both himself and his partner. But he will be back in eastenders soon.
