It was criminal. Aggravated assault on a women who claims he threw a
beer bottle and hit her in the head causing a severe laceration and
stitches. Someone called into Lance McAllister's show today and said he
knows the real story and that he wasn't guilty, but he wanted to fight
with Lance instead of tell the story. So I guess the real story will be
out soon...
