Not necessarily. It's the same problem as when a woman can't make love because her muscles tighten up so much there is no room for any ingress, and a doctor finds it difficult to get anything as thin as a pencil there, because it virtually just clamps up. Think of the strenght of her pelvic muscles. No pelvic floor exercises for her!!!!
