We were sent to Borstal or DC, we all had bad experiences of either being beaten or abused?
Does this mean we may have a claim against the state?
People are making claims against Governments all the time because they were mistreated, and just because we broke the law does that give the state the righ to abuse us?
I am looking into this legally, it may amount to nothing, but then again?
