Can someone please answer this question for me
in the film scum davis presses the bell push and the night time screw goes to see what davis wants and tells him that touching the bell is an offence i was told this in detention centre that touching it was an offence can anyone tell me the reason why touching the bell push was an offence as this has puzzled me for years
