Guess I wasn't finished. About dieting, I am so DISGUSTED with myself. It's like when I was trying to quit smoking - the minute I even thought about it, I would chain smoke for a while! Now, when I know I need to not eat, I run and get something. I must have this really primitive brain! I keep wishing I could feel the same way about exercising. Why can't I get enough exercise - then it's the opposite! Pisses me off!!! PD, where are you living now - did you leave Victoria? We're heading to Gabriola for the month of March.
