I've received this information as well!! The only reason I'm tempted to believe it is that LKH has changed the release date for a new Merry three times. 2011, then 2012, and now it's just 'we'll see.' If her publisher had contracted her for additional books in the Merry series (and paid her $$ at the time of signing), would they really let her go 2 - 3 three years before providing them with the paid product (the manuscript)?
